Hello Universe,

Well, I went to Las Vegas six months ago for a BlogWorld convention and this is the technology I am now implementing. The convention was awkward to say the least. I felt like I was the only one there who was actually in real estate, but was fortunate enough to hear the right panel speakers. Surprisingly enough, “mommy bloggers” were, or are, a big group and had more representation than most. Odd, but true. Anyways, It took sometime to circle back around to implement this new technology i had learned. My plate was full of listings and buyers escrows for the last 6 months, but now that I have just about closed the majority of my clients I need to get new ones! LOL!

As of May 5, 2010, (yes, I’m blogging about real estate on cinco de mayo), the home and foreclosure search menu items are functional as well as my Oscar winning youtube videos of recent listings and buyer previews. Yes, I shoot video for my buyers in Europe and it works!
