The IDX plug-in is now being integrated into the site. As of today, you can search anyone of the coverage areas for available listings just like the MLS, but even better. The option to view all listings on a map is awesome! Scroll down to the bottom of the page and check it out.No more guessing where that particular street is west of that other particular street. You just roll over each mapped listing and get the details you want.
Over the weekend, I hope to get the listing feed up and running. This will enable you to search for listings via zip code or MLS area. Using a zip code search is the best way to search for available listings. The majority of REO agents are from out of the area and will list a West Hollywood property in South Los Angeles, unknown to buyers looking in West Hollywood!
Next week the stats should go live, which will enable to to get stats, such as median price, volume, etc., via MLS area or zide code.
